The Paediatrics and Child Health Association (PACHA) is a non-profit making organization that advances and improves children’s health and welfare with the mission of ensuring that all the children have access to their determinants of health, in Malawi and beyond. Our members include healthcare professionals and other child health and welfare advocates. PACHA has been working in Malawi since 2011.
With funding from UNICEF, PACHA in partnership with the Ministry of Health is implementing the research study called PONEO Research Study in Dedza.
PACHA, therefore, seeks to engage the services of the well experienced, highly motivated and suitably qualified persons of Malawi origin to fill the position of Temporary Research Assistant and Temporary Data Entry Officer tenable at Dedza District Hospital and Project Manager tenable at PACHA offices in Blantyre. The initial contract is for five months with possibility of further extension based on performance and availability of funding.
Position: Temporary Research Assistant
The Research Assistant will be involved in planning the study recruitments, oversee data collection and documentation of study activities and related events. S/he will also collects, compiles, reports, and analyzes data of PONEO study by examining subjects related to treatment of neonates.
