The Diocese of Chikwawa in partnership with Bantwana/World Education Initiative is implementing a USAID funded Ana Patsogolo Project. The Diocese of Chikwawa, therefore, seeks to engage the services of well experienced, highly motivated and suitably qualified persons of Malawi origin to fill the following position tenable at Chikwawa. Position: Technical Specialist Economic Strengthening
Purpose of the Position
Under the guidance of the OVC Technical lead, the Technical Specialist Economic Strengthening (TSES) will be responsible for supporting and managing the technical implementation of the household economic strengthening (HES) aspects of the USAID funded Ana Patsogolo project in 8 districts in the Southern Region of Malawi. The role is critical in the translation of OVC and DREAMS Program household
economic strengthening plans into activities, outputs, outcomes that ensure adolescent girls and young women and their families are thriving and resilient. Working with technical specialists and 5 partners in 8 districts the TSES will have the following responsibilities:
