Chiwosi Consultancy Firm is a profit-making institution that aims at creating a conducive platform for the youths, women and all other interested parties to be equipped, acquainted and provided with the modern ICT, Research, Organization Management and Vocation Training Knowledge and skills.
POSITION: “Tailoring Trainer/Instructor”

• MSCE & Certificate in Tailoring and Designing from a recognized institution.
• Those with an advanced certificate have an added advantage.
• At least TWO-years experience in similar position.
• Hard Working and Result Oriented.
• Willing to work during weekends, even with a short notice.
• Must have experience or skills in training other people.
• Ability to develop training note series for tailoring certificate course.

• Train students on how to handle basic tools, and peripheral equipment.
• Train students on how to set-up, manage and maximize tailoring workshop.
• Train students how to design and sew.
• Train student on day-to-day workshop activities
• Train students on how to relate to consumers or employers, performing or ensuring proper business etiquette.
• Train students on how to maintain relevant equipment and tools.
• Train students how to read technical workshop manuals and identify faulty equipment and to be self-reliant in workshop and resolve problems.
• Develop and/ or training materials and procedures, on tailoring course.
• Train students how to adjust / modify and customize relevant tools and items.
• Train students how to conduct workflow analysis, designs, cost estimation and cost or product comparison analysis.
