Urgently looking for applicants the following positions to be based in Blantyre.

Position: Sales and Marketing Executive (Furniture/Kitchens)

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategy for kitchens and general furniture
• Market kitchens and general furniture
• Provide administrative support
• Attend and contact potential or existing customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Help in solving customer problems and complaints
• Analyze marketing potentials and track sales status
• Keep records of calls and sales
• Prepare quotations, request for quotation (RFQ)
• Prepare and submit BID  documents
• Evaluate and analyze warranty reports
• Co-ordinate marketing campaigns
• Create and publicize  marketing material and implement promotional events
• Work with designing team on new project
• Maintain effective internal communications

 Qualification and Experience

• Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of furniture and kitchens

Skills and Knowledge

• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Must have good communication skills both oral and written
• Must have good customer care skills
• Must be a self-starter and result oriented
• Must be excellent in report writing
• Must be a team player
