Mika Greenland invites applications for vacant posts of Sales Executive tenable at its offices in Blantyre.
Position: Sales Executive
Search for new customers and build customer relations and close sales.
Develop good customer relationship so that the image of the company remains positive.
Conducting marketing research and implementing strategies to get more new customers.
Conduct site visits to our project sites
Handling inquires about plots and provide assistance in planning and managing sales.
Ensure that all the Clients are professionally handled
Make MIKA Greenland a countrywide brand in positive light.
Must be highly organized in planning customer feedback as well as preparing reports on weekly and monthly basis
Attend to customers on issues related to sales
Keep safe all records for the company
Qualification and experience
Diploma in marketing, Land Management and any related field with at least 2 years work experience. Those with a Degree will have an added advantage.
Excellent knowledge in Malawi laws and policies regarding land development.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Excellent Knowledge on MS office and graphic designing software’s
Be sober, mature and results orientated.
