Position: Sales and Marketing Assistant (Internship)

Location: Lilongwe

Job Description

P&P Cleaning Services provides professional commercial and residential cleaning and garbage handling services. We specialise in premises cleaning, safe collection, transfer, disposal, and recycling of waste to keep a happy environment. We are looking for a motivated individual as marketing assistant to expand the business to the next level. This internship will help the candidate to acquire marketing skills and will gain broad experience in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with prospective clients
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints, providing feedbacks to manager
•  Marketing, social media engagement and, maintaining good relationships with clients
•  Preparing promotional materials and distributing them to potential customers
•  Networking, calling and visiting potential clients
•  Recording information on a database and maintaining client database
•  Assist in preparing quotations/proposals/tenders/presentations and reports

•  Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent qualification
•  Strong desire to learn and have a passion for marketing
•  Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
•  Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media, MS Word and Excel
•  Aggressive in marketing
•  Self-motivated and hardworking
