Farming and Engineering Services Limited (FES), the leading supplier of premium brand products including Massey Ferguson tractors and generators, Baldan farm implements, Komatsu construction machinery and precision agriculture solutions has a vacancy for a Sales Administrator to be based in Blantyre.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Sales Administrator will among other duties perform the following key tasks:
Assists with issuing of quotations to customers
Receives and processes sales orders
Checks accuracy of orders and issues invoices
Maintenance and updating of sales and customer records
Compiles monthly sales reports
Verify customer information and payment details
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Provide admin support to ensure sales targets are met
Follow up customer payments
Support the sales department with any other admin tasks as necessary.
Interested applicants should meet the following minimum criteria:
Diploma in Sales and marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
At least three years’ work experience in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
