Job Description

Lilongwe Handling Company Ltd. (LIHACO) is a Commercial entity established by the Company Act. It is wholly owned by Malawi Government. Its core business is to provide Airport Ground Handling Services to airlines at Chileka and Kamuzu International Airports. The Board is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates of Malawi origin to fill the following vacant posts at its Head Office at Kamuzu International Airport and Chileka Airport.

Purpose of the Job

To facilitate smooth communication

Key Duties

  • Making incoming and outgoing calls
  • Registering and communicating messages
  • Preparing call logs
  • Reporting machine faults to service providers
  • Attending to visitors.
  • Providing basic public relations information.
  • Compiling periodic reports

Education Qualifications

  • Diploma in Secretarial Administration and any relevant field.

Work Experience

  • At least one (1) year relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
