Job Description



The ideal candidate for this position must have strong MS Office skills including Excel and word. Also required are excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels. Our work environment is Learn oriented and very fast-paced therefore a strong candidate must have excellent organizational skills, time management skills in addition to a professional attitude that exemplifies our culture.

The Ideal candidate should also be able to do the following:
  • Multi-task
  • Maintain a presentable reception area.
  • Handle both density and conventional booking charts.
  • Should have excellent telephone skills
  • Handle all hotel bookings.
  • Guest billing
  • Checking in and out guests

  • Certificate in Front Office/hotel operations from a reputable institution. Should have not less than one-year of practical experience in a similar post.
