The ideal candidate for this position must have strong MS Office skills including Excel and word. Also required are excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels. The Ideal candidate should also be able to do the following:
Maintain a presentable reception area.
Handle both density and conventional booking charts.
Should have excellent telephone skills
Handle all hotel bookings.
Checking in and out guests
Certificate in Front Office/hotel operations from a reputable institution. Should have not less than one-year of practical experience in a similar post.
