Post: Receptionist

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Should have a minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field
  • Certificate in office management is advantageous
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position with a reputable organization preferably in the same industry.
  • Experience in Computer programs such as Excel, Word etc.
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role.
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Customer service attitude
  • Multitasking & time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Be a Team player

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
