Position: Project Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager

DAPP Malawi is inviting suitably qualified and experienced persons to apply for a position as a Project Monitoring & Evaluation Manager for an upcoming USAID funded project which is to be implemented in Mulanje, Machinga and Mangochi Districts aiming at improving access to high-quality, person-centred TB, DR-TB, and TB/HIV services. This position is contingent upon the award from USAID. The position is expected to be based in Blantyre.
Job summary/ responsibilities:
This position will provide leadership and guidance for all M&E activities for the project and implement the M&E framework. The M&E Manager will provide inputs to the technical team to assist in developing and reaching program goals and objectives as well as developing M&E tools and strategies and provide monitoring data to strategically inform the decision on project performance and future direction of activities.
