Your role
As a Program Manager you are responsible for partner accompaniment around networking, communications and developing of the partner ecosystem This will be in accordance with IM’s overall . strategic plan for 2019 – 2023: building strategic alliances and networking using partners grassroots actions, leaning, research and advocacy capabilities. You will have the opportunity to design, plan and implement interventions that contribute to sustainable societal change in the countries we operate in You will also be responsible for managing the partnerships with different types of partners in the IM Partner Eco-system within the region, as per IM’s approach to partnership, strategic processes and qualitative requirements. In addition. you will be involved in various internal processes besides actively participating in IM working groups together alongside colleagues in the global IM family.
There are no staff management responsibilities as a Program Manager. You report to the Regional Director for the Southern Africa
