Job Description

Position: Personal Assistant/Receptionist - Lilongwe


Minet Malawi Insurance Brokers
invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the above vacancy tenable at our Lilongwe Office.


This post has a dual reporting function to the General Manager as well as the Accountant and the successful individual will be expected to make a significant contribution in the delivery of quality services to our clients.

 


The suitable candidate must have the following attributes:

  • Diploma in any Management field, Advanced Certificate in Secretarial Studies or equivalent. A Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage.
  • As a minimum possession of a good Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) with credits in Mathematics and English is required.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • At least three years’ experience in a similar position



Key responsibilities will include:

  • Secretarial duties for the Branch.
  • Manning the reception
  • Human Resource and Administration issues
  • Undertake any other work as delegated by the General Manager.


Salary payable is negotiable commensurate with one’s qualifications and experience.
