Job Description

Social Islamic Development a Non Profit Organisation Working In Health Sector for past 17 Years in Salima District Would Like To Invite A Suitable Candidate for the Post of:


Position: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR



Requirements

The suitable candidate must have Diploma in Accounting and minimum 3 years experience in handling accounts, computer literate, Preparing monthly report for Boards, writing Minutes of the meeting, filing monthly tax return , Supervise / co-ordinate supporting staff, Inventory Management, assist The Chief Executive officer in running day to day management of the organisation.

Person Specification:

The desired candidates must have following attributes

  • Strong organization skill and attention to details
  • Able to communicate effectively with the people of different levels
  • Good analytical skills and ability to resolve the issues
  • Have self-drive, excellent interpersonal and intercommunication skills
  • Be able to work independently with less supervision
  • Be able to work under pressure, odd Hours with strict date lines
  • Impartiality, objectivity and high level of integrity
  • Ready to work in any part of the country
