Job Description

The Mobile Money Training Coordinator shall be responsible for identifying trainingneeds, mapo development plans and training programs for the teams and individuals in accordance with the budget to ensure that training meets business needs and constantly improves performance of all stakeholders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Training delivery
  • Collaborate with the business managers for the implementation of highly effective go to market
  • Cascade product knowledge on all new products launched
  • Performance management
  • Reporting

Educational and other professional requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field from a reputable University
  • Aggressive but pleasant personality
  • Effective communication and very good business orientation
  • Ability to effectively handile and motivate a team, and agents to attain business objectives
  • Ownership and commitment, ability to work unsupervised, result driven
  • Attention to detail, personal motivation, alertness and delivers high quality work by deadline
  • Team player, adaptable, showing initiative and customer focus
  • Tenacity, stress tolerance, persuasive and passionate about work
