Job Description

Msilikali SACCO, an affiliate of Malawi Union of Savings & Credit Cooperatives Ltd (MUSCCO) , is a member owned and democratically controlled financial cooperative society that aims at providing quality and affordable financial services to its members (Malawi Defence Force Employees) , invites application from suitably qualified candidates for the following positions.

Position: Member (Customer) Service Assistant – Lilongwe

Duties and Responsibilities

  •  
  •  Overall manage the SACCO helpdesk system
  •  Answer questions about account types and SACCO products, such as shares, savings accounts, loans and fixed deposits
  •  Assist in register or recruit new members and assist members on KYC
  •  Provide instant feedback to and follow up on member queries and complaints
  •  Support production of monthly complaints feedback report
  •  Other duties as assigned from time to time



Qualifications & Experience

  • Recognized Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration / Hospitality Management with 3 years’ experience.
  •  Understanding of SACCO or Financial Cooperative business model
  •  Knowledge of Fin-Financials Core banking system or any banking system
  •  Experience in using Microsoft Office packages
