Founded in 1987, AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is a global organization providing cutting-edge medicine and advocacy to over 1, 200, 000 people in 41 countries. In Malawi, AHF is working in partnership with the Ministry of Health (MOH) to strengthen access to quality of HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis (TB) and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) treatment. The organization provides cutting edge treatment and medical care in some hard to reach health facilities located across four districts Lilongwe, Dedza, Chikwawa and Ntcheu.

Overall Responsibilities
The Medical Manager is a lead technical expert in HIV treatment and helps in incorporating and maintaining appropriate clinical standards in all AHF supported sites. S/He provides technical leadership, direction and mentorship to AHF Malawi team and supports the country program to professionally deliver quality clinical services by maximizing the potential of medical and non-medical staff involved in patient care. The Medical Manager is versed in global evidence and best practices for HIV treatment and clinical care and provides technical leadership to the entire team.
