The Central Africa Conference (CAC) of the Seventh Day Baptists (SDB) is looking for a suitably qualified person to fill the vacant position of Medical Administrator to head its Health Services Department. As part of its Holistic Ministry and in continuing with our Lord Jesus Christ’s healing ministry, the CAC of SDB runs healthcare services under the Christian Health Association of Malawi (CHAM) umbrella and in close partnership with the country’s Ministry of Health.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the CAC General Secretary, the Medical Administrator will provide leadership in the health services department of the CAC of SDB and will be responsible for developing and directing the implementation of policies and programs of the CAC Health Services. His/her job will entail managing day to day operations of the CAC medical facilities and ensuring the delivery of best services at a minimal cost.
To this extent, the Medical Administrator will be responsible for the following strategic assignments in collaboration with the CAC General Secretary:

The remuneration package is negotiable. The successful candidate will be employed on a Three Year Contract renewable depending on performance.
