Saile Financial Services Ltd Co. is a microfinance institution and wishes to recruit an energetic, matured and qualified person to fill the position of IT Support Staff/ Loans Officer.


Position: IT Support Staff/ Loans Officer


The position will be based at Mzuzu office and will be reporting to the Branch Manager.


KEY FUNCTIONS

• Manage online connectivity, that is both Wide Area Network and Local Area Network.
• Manage database.
• Website development, that is developing, managing and maintaining website.
• Manage E-Commerce, that is mobile money, sms banking and sms alerts.
• Maintenance of hardware, software and network.
• Approving loans.
• Processing loan disbursements.
• Enforcing loan agreements
• Marketing Saile services.
• Carrying out desk and field appraisals.
• Carrying Out field debt collection.
• Attending to customer inquiries.
• Developing strategies on how to recover loans.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced Diploma in Information, Communication and Technology (ICT)
• At least 3 years proven experience in WAN, LAN website development, E-Commerce, database and hardware, network and software maintenance.
• At least 3 years proven experience in financial institutions.
