Information Communication and Technology (ICT) Manager
Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Administration, the ICT Manager will ensure the smooth operation of the entire ICT department in alignment with the business objectives of the Institute. S/he will be expected to lead on the design, development and implementation of the ICT operational strategy and manage the ICT Services function as well as infrastructure and technical operations in order to provide an outstanding service to staff, students and clients. The ICT manager will take authoritative, proactive approach in dealing with external vendors and keeping abreast of latest technologies that may be of benefit to the Institute.
The Candidate
The candidate should have proven experience in leadership to ICT operations and infrastructure ensuring that an appropriate technical support framework is in place. The candidate should also have an experience and understanding of the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) and Management Information Systems (MIS). The role focuses on both education support and business systems and services and will include hands-on duties such as hardware and software support, network management, project management, developing ICT strategy and budgeting.
