The Human Resources & Administration (HR&A) Officer will work under under the overall supervision of Finance and Administration Manager
The Human Resources & Administration (HR&A) Officer, under the overall supervision of Finance and Administration Manager, will manage the day-to-day Human Resources and Administrative activities. S/he will ensure the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development; as well as implementation of administrative functions.
