Position: Human Resources and Administration Officer
The successful candidate, who will be responsible for providing day to day Human Resources and administrative business operations’ services, will report to the Assistant Manager – Human Resources and Administration.
Key Performance Areas
The incumbents key areas of responsibility shall be:
Recruitment, selection, and placement – Involvement in all on-boarding processes.
Staff welfare – Taking responsibility for staff benefits administration including wellness program matters.
Human Resources policy implementation – Ensuring correct application of human resources policies. processes. and procedures.
Performance management – Being responsible for the performance and productivity of subordinates.
General administration – Carrying out various administrative functions ranging from procurement management of fixtures and fittings including facilities, and general office ambience.
Required Skills and Abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
A self-starter who works with minimum supervision.

Excellent analytical skills.

High level of confidentiality.
Qualification and Experience:
A university Degree in any of the social sciences.
At least three years’ experience in a similar role.
Sound background in managing people.
