Job Description

Serendib Hotels and Resorts is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Group Human Resources Manager to oversee all staff – related procedures and craft Human Resource strategies in alignment with our business needs. The Position will be tenable at the Corporate Office in Limbe.

Position: Group Human Resources Manager


  • • Selection, recruiting and Training of hired staff.
    • Managing employee data and taking steps to retain our people.
    • Managing Compensation and Benefits plans.
    • Oversee employee attendance and working schedules, includes paid time off, overtime and breaks.
    • Implement employee retention programs (like end-of season bonuses).
    • Schedule trainings for all employees (e.g. Customer service skills training)
    • Staff compliance with relevant health and safety regulation

    Qualification and experience

    • • BSc in Human Resources or similar field.
      • Minimum of 7 years experience as a Human Resources Manager
      • Hands on Experience on Software payroll.
      • Excellent communication Skills.
      • Conversant with the Labour legislations of Malawi.
