Job Description

Serendib Hotels & Resorts has the following vacancies to be filled with qualified candidates as follows:



Position: General Manager



Qualifications
  • Professionally qualified with a Degree in hospitality management or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience at a star rating hotel as Residential Manager or General Manager of similar post.
  • Should be able to manage a resort in excess of 50 rooms.
  • Should have a sound knowledge in conference/Banqueting organisation.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • International experience will be an added advantage.
  •  


Attractive remuneration with perks will be offered commensurate with qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
