Job Description

Applications are invited for posts of General Duties Clerk at Graham Carr, Blantyre and Lilongwe Offices.


Position: General Duties Clerk (2 Posts)


Duties and Responsibilities


Administration

  • Debt Collection
  • Inspect, verify and reconcile accounts receivable records and its balances
  • Maintain, manage and record day-to-day transactions
  • Maintain, manage and update records of all inventories
  • Management of office equipment
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary


IT

  • Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks
  • Installing and configuring computer systems
  • Solving technical and application problems


Human Resources

  • Maintain staff leave register
  • Receiving and processing leave applications/absence forms for onward transmission to Staff Manager
  • Handling staff welfare issues


Other

  • Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time


Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Diploma Administration/Business Management/Human Resources
  • IT related Certificate or any ICT related ceritificate
  • 3 to 4 years experience


Location – Blantyre & Lilongwe
