Job Description

Guardian Insurance Brokers Ltd wishes to recruit a Finance Manager tenable at the head office Blantyre

 
Position: Finance Manager


DUTIES

  • Ensure that proper standards of financial accounting, financial controls are met
  • Ensure timely production of monthly, quarterly and annual management and financial reports to meet the required deadlines.
  • Prepare the annual budget of expenses in order to control spending.
  • Monitor daily cash flows and prepare cash flow projections for the month.
  • Handle all taxation and external audit matters.
  • Handle all staff matters and complaints.
  • Handle all debt and credit control matters.
  • Handle office administration matters.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Financial Management plus a professional qualification such as ACCA/ CIMA
  • 3 years’ experience in Insurance or Financial Industry.
