Trócaire is an Irish NGO working in partnership with local and national NGOs, faith based- and advocacy organisations and networks in Malawi. Position: Finance and Administration Manager
Trócaire is looking for a mature, dynamic and motivated senior manager to lead the financial and administration management of the country office. Reporting to the Country Director, the Finance and Administration Manager is a member of the Country Management Team, responsible for ensuring the Malawi programme delivers on its country strategy. She/he will lead a team of two Programme Accountants, a Finance Officer, an Administration Officer and about ten support staff. The role will also work in close collaboration with the programme teams and implementing partner organisation to deliver results. For the candidate with the required experience and passion for the role, Trócaire offers a competitive package of salary and benefits. The position is based in Lilongwe with occasional travel to partner organisations and programmes in Malawi. The contract will be for two years with possible renewal based on satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
