Division: Sales And Marketing

Position: Female Internal Sales Agent

Report To: Shop Supervisor and Sales Agents Lead

Job Responsibilities

Sales agents will be responsible for the following:

• Establish relationships with new customers
• Selling high value solar systems
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Identify and respond to client needs
• Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
• Follow up on customer approval as necessary
• Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
• Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
• Ensure that all data entered into Appsheet is correct and up to standard.

Qualifications

• A female with at least 24 years of age.
• Superior interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate and self-motivated to sell and meet sales targets.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• 1+ years of experience in sales.
• Confident and charismatic approach to people.
• Holder of an MSCE.
• Located in Lilongwe and very familiar with surrounding areas.
