Wella Medical Aid Society Ltd (WEMAS) is a fast growing medical insurance Company with its Head Office in Lilongwe and a Branch Office in Blantyre.

In a bid to increase its membership throughout the country, the Company has an opening for the position of District Sales Agents to be based in Lilongwe, Blantyre, Kasungu, Machinga, Mangochi, Mulanje, Thyolo, Mzimba, Mzuzu, Chikwawa, Ntcheu, Balaka and Zomba.

The District Sales Agents will sell the products of the Company within the geographical area of their appointed district. Candidates should indicate the district of their choice in their application letter.

Requirements

Applicants should have the following attributes:

• Must have a very good MSCE with credits in English and mathematics
• Must be very fluent in English and Chichewa
• Must hold at least a Certificate in marketing from a recognized institution.
• Must be aged between 25 and 40 years old
• Must be willing to work on commission basis
• Must be willing to work rigorously towards achieving targets set by the Company from time to time.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in outdoor sales environment.
