Position: DIGITAL BANKING OFFICER (TENABLE AT HEAD OFFICE, LILONGWE)

Job Profile for the Position:

This is a Senior Supervisory position and requires a self-motivated, dynamic and assertive individual with proven experience and notable achievements in the Information Technology field with a bias in Digital experience.

The successful candidate will report to the Digital Banking Manager.

Job Purpose:

To provide support to the Digital Banking Manager in leading the Bank in digital transformation in line with the Bank’s Digital transformation Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Champion the rollout of digital transformation in line with the Bank’s digitization strategy, map the digital strategy to the Bank’s strategy.
•  Coordinate the development of new and improved service delivery channels to ensure the Bank remains competitive in digital service delivery.
•  Responsible for delivering the digitizing Bank’s services.
•  Responsible for portfolio design, planning, testing and deployment of new /enhanced products and processes for Digital Banking.

•  Experience in delivering digital services Qualifications:

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Management Information Systems or Business Degree Specialised in IT from a reputable institution with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development
