Lower Shire Cooperative is a secondary membership-based Cooperative of smallholder farmers located in Masenjere, Nsanje District, in the Southern Region of Malawi. The core business of this secondary Cooperative is to provide technical and management services that support production and marketing of Rice by its member farmers.
The Cooperative is implementing an expansion grant from the United States African Development Foundation (USADF) and part of the funds go towards recruitment of staff.
