The National Food Reserve Agency (NFRA) was established in 1999 to manage the country’s Strategic Grain Reserve. Its head office is at Kanengo in Lilongwe. The Agency is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the vacant position of Cook tenable at its Mangochi, Limbe and Mzuzu depots

Position: Cook (3 posts)


Purpose of the Job

To ensure staff receive food to maintain their health and energy.


Main Duties

• Cleaning the kitchen, utensils and the surroundings
•  Mobilizing cooking materials and equipment.
•  Preparing and serving food.

Minimum Requirements

•  Education Junior Certificate of Education
• Experience 1-year working experience as a cook.
