OPCO Limited is one of the leading Construction Companies dealing in Building Construction, Civil Engineering and Plant Hiring in Malawi and invites applications from well qualified and experienced personnel to fill the following vacant position;

Position: Construction Projects Manager

Responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects and keeping track of resources.

Capabilities and Requirements;

  • Ability to manage budgets and estimated costs of the project.
  • Control of equipment, materials and manpower needed.
  • Good risk management and control.
  • Excellent team management skills and ability to deliver quality work output within specified time frames by planning construction operations and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying from a reputable training institution.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in a position of similar nature.

The position will be given to the best candidates that will display a high level of integrity and competence with the desire to deliver the best results while on the job. Highly competitive remuneration will be offered in return for the best performance.
