Supervising staff under him/her in their routine daily work.
Diagnosing and screening patients.
Examining patients manually.
Referring patients for laboratory tests.
Prescribing treatment for patients.
Administering admissions and discharges.
Conducting minor surgeries.
Ordering and monitoring the proper use of drugs
Preparing duty roster for staff.
Referring patients to surgical or medical specialists.
Supervising the recording of patients’ data in relevant registers.
Supervising the aggregating, analyzing and interpretation of data.
Disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders including submission of weekly reports to the designated officer.
Any other duties that may be deem reasonable for the post
Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma in Clinical medicine obtained from a recognized training institution and must be registered with the relevant professional body.
Experience: Successful completion of internship.
