Position: Chief Technical Officer
The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) reports to the Chief Executive Officer. The position is responsible for directing the Networks Division, to ensure that TNM has the required infrastructure and technologies to support the achievement of its objectives. The role requires development of the technical aspects of TNM’s strategy to ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate must discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
Desired qualifications, experience, qualities and competencies
Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
Understanding of budgets and business-planning
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
Excellent communication skills
Leadership and organizational abilities
Strategic thinking
Over 10 years of relevant experience in senior management / executive positions
BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
