Position Title: Assistant Stores Manager



Responsibilities (which include, but not limited to):

  • Responsible for the stocks management
  • Monitoring of minimum stock levels
  • Updating of daily and monthly reports
  • Meticulous record keeping of stock records and other Documents of the Section
  • Monitoring of all records
  • Supervising loading and off loading
  • Participating in stock taking activities
  • Verification of goods against invoices before they are loaded on the truck.
  • Control of spillage and stock / material wastage
  • Quality control
  • Ensuring that health and safety and hygienic measures are exercised at all times.



Education and Experience

  • Must have minimum of advance Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
  • Over 8 years Proven experience working with a busy Industry.
