The Assistant IT Officer shall monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the Lighthouse staff.
Responsibilities (which include, but are not limited to):
Support on the day to day user issues in the implementation of Lighthouse Information Systems e.g (HR system, Asset Management system and Finance system)
Support on day to day user network, printers, and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system issues
Conduct routine checks on office emails, Internet services and data bundles
Setting up user accounts according to set established policies, procedures, and limitations
Physical asset assessment and updating asset register database
Other duties assigned
Required Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
Diploma or Degree Information Technology or Computer Science.
Good communication skills, fast learner, able to comply to standards, following SOPs and able to follow given instructions.
Knowledge in basic networking, systems, Linux environment and windows, cloud and on-premise platforms.
