Post : Assistant Estates Management Officer (Grade K)
Salary : Within the Grade K salary scale segment
Location : Buildings of Housing
Applicants should be either serving Senior Estates Management Assistants/ Senior Valuation Assistants (Grade L) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in those posts or non-serving/serving in possession of a diploma in any of the following fields obtained from recognised institutions: Land Management, Land Administration and Land Economy.
Participate in satisfaction of maintained properties; supervise works undertaken by contractors; maintain record of property maintenance; inspect property for maintenance purpose; maintain property records etc.
Documentary evidence of major requirements specified in the advertisement shall be needed during
interviews. Serving officers will also be required to demonstrate during the interviews that they are permanent and pensionable officers in the Civil Service by producing letters of confirmation in appointment in addition to letters of appointment (PSR 19).
