Position Title: Assistant Administration Manager


Responsibilities (which include, but not limited to):

  • Manages all organisation premises, properties whether freehold or leasehold
  • Handling of expatriates permits
  • Management of insurance policies and claims
  • Management of pool vehicles and drivers
  • Providing repair services as and when required for all property and equipment
  • Control and management of the central archive Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Over 10 years Proven experience working with a busy Industry
