Job Description

Zambezi Evangelical Church is inviting applications from suitably qualified Malawian candidates to fill vacant positions which exists in its Health Department.


Position: ADMINISTRATOR (1 post)


SALARY: Within the Government grade K salary scale segment.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Eligible Candidates should possess a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) and a Degree/ Diploma in Human resources management or Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • Must have an experience in the field of management.


DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITY


The Post holder will be responsible to the Health Coordinator who shall report to the Synod Office.


DUTIES
  • Records Keeping and proper management of hospital resources.
  • Monitoring general performance of staff duties to meet required standards.
  • Preparation of an annual budget in consultation with accounts personnel.
  • Managing hospital projects
  • Monitoring and stocking of medical stores to be done frequently.
  • Reporting all vacancies existing at the facility to the Health Coordinator to facilitate recruitment process.
  • Developing duties of junior staff as part of capacity building to upscale their performance.
  • Managing conflicts related to staff at work..
  • Any other duties deemed reasonable for the post
