Job Description

Our client is urgently looking for :

 (Should be female)

Qualification, Skills and Experience:
  • Must be a holder of an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Management.
  • Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
  • Mast have at least 2 years of proven experience in similar position or field.
  • Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Exceptional filing, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (very fluent in English).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Must strictly be between 25 - 30 years of age.
