The Embassy of Iceland is hiring and 4 positions are vacant at the Embassy in Lilongwe and at the field office in Mangochi. Iceland and Malawi started bilateral relations in 1989. The Embassy of Iceland in Lilongwe was formally opened in 2004. Today, the Embassy of Iceland works with a range of development partners in Malawi to support social development in the country. A considerable focus, from the outset, has been in the district of Mangochi.

The Embassy of Iceland in Lilongwe is looking to recruit an Administrative Officer to commence in September 2021. The Administrative Officer reports directly to the Head of Mission and the position is based in Lilongwe.
