Job Description

The Reserve Bank of Malawi is inviting applications for the under listed positions tenable at its Head Office in Lilongwe, Blantyre and Mzuzu Branches:


Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources the successful candidates will, among other duties, be responsible for:

  • Managing records and information;
  • Managing the office;
  • Provide administrative services pertaining to travel, meetings and seminars; and
  • Providing public relations and protocol services.

The ideal candidates should, among other things, satisfy the following:

  • Must possess a Diploma in Secretarial Management/Studies;
  • Must have 2 years’ experience on the job; and
  • Must be between 22 and 30 years of age.
