Job Description

Looking for  well qualified persons with good experience and mature mindset to fill up the following positions  tenable in Blantyre



Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare VAT, FBT, WHT, PAYE, Pension and TEVETA levy
  • Prepare payroll
  • Prepare Annual Financial reports, Tax Audit
  • Coordinate Statutory Audit
  • Prepare online payments for statutory tax
  • Prepare drawing power documents for the bank
  • Manage banking and cashing
  • Prepare and submit reports


Qualification and Experience

  • Diploma or degree in financial accounting or any relevant qualification with 6or 3 years’ experience respectively in a busy office.


Skills and Knowledge

  • Must be computer literate in word, excel and other accounting packages
  • ability to produce accurate financial reports
  • ability to work to strict time constraints
  • ability to prioritise work
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethics and exhibit strong self confidence
  • Must be of good integrity and track record
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must be organised and methodical approach to a task
  • Be self-starter, effective team player and result-oriented
